The goals of yoga therapy include eliminating, reducing, or managing symptoms that cause suffering and helping to prevent the occurrence or re-occurrence of underlying causes of illness.

What symptoms can yoga therapy help ease?

Yoga therapy can be used to help ease the symptoms of a wide range of disorders such as; high blood pressure, diabetes, chronic fatigue, back pain and stress related issues such as anxiety and depression and eating disorders.
