Before becoming a yoga teacher, I worked for corporate companies for more than 10 years and know first hand the everyday stresses of office life!
I have designed yoga programs to address these issues which:

Increase productivity & creativity
Complement sports training
Improve overall wellbeing
Don't have space for mats, or don't want to get sweaty? No problem, yoga using a chair is equally beneficial (and not sweaty!) Now available via webcam using Zoom.
I am available to teach at your office early mornings, lunch times, and early evenings.
