Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga sitting in a chair or standing using a chair for support.


Now offered via webcam using Zoom or Skype video. 

Chair yoga classes are designed for everybody, including:

  • Seniors 

  • Students who are dealing with a particular injury or health condition 

  • Office workers who do not have space for mats 

Chair yoga classes include meditation and gentle mindful movements that help to improve strength & circulation, settle the mind, and improve overall wellbeing.
