Join yoga teachers Charlotte Kahn and Eleanor Parpotta for a summer yoga weekend in beautiful Frome, Somerset.
Our serene location, 42 Acres, is surrounded by ancient woodlands owned by the Duke of Somerset. A beautiful lake which suitable for wild swimming has an abundance of wildlife. A Boathouse to relax by and enjoy fabulous views in the August Summertime, immerse yourselves in undisturbed nature…perhaps you'll spot the family of Beavers settled in on the grounds.
Stunning accommodation is on an eco-friendly solar and organic regenerative farm, and nestled in 173 acres of countryside designed for sustainable slow living. Switch off, practice a range of yoga forms and eat delicious meals cooked with local organic produce. In your free time explore your surroundings, ramble in the countryside swim in the lake, or relax in the various different cosy nooks of the farmhouse.
We have created a restful summer weekend for you to disconnect from your work or home stresses, have break from technology and experience slow living in a peaceful oasis.
Each day you will practice yoga in a yurt surrounded by ancient trees and endless panoramas of native wildlife like beavers, wild boar, pine marten, red deer, squirrel, hare, canada geese, kestrel, buzzard and much more….
About the Yoga
Your yoga retreat classes take place in our large beautiful yoga yurt that is separate from all the accomodations. Your morning Yoga sessions will be longer than the afternoon sessions to give you space and time to go deeper. Some will be workshop style with partner work, so you can explore aspects of your practice in detail. Some will be nurturing and super slow Somatic movement. There will be a variety of styles and forms interwoven to explore and nourish your body mind and breath. Our joint teaching and expertise is suitable for everyone, including beginners. Meditation practice will be offered in the early morning before main practice, and the day will close in an immersive Yoga Nidra.
All practices are your choice to dip in and out of to suit your mood and energy.
Charlotte Kahn originally qualified as an Vinyasa Flow yoga teacher in 2017, and since qualified as a Yoga Therapist and more recently training with Triyoga in London to achieve an Advance Level Yoga Teacher qualification . She teaches a slow strong flowing yoga class, and is experienced with working with students who have injuries and/or health conditions. You can find out more about Charlotte here.
Eleanor Parpotta has been in personal practice for over 30years and devoted to teaching for over 10years, training from the outset with Triyoga Uk Ltd, one of Europes leading schools of Yoga, and continuing on her journey as a Teacher received her 500 hour Advanced Yoga Teacher training from Triyoga in London. She is also an accredited and qualified Restorative Yoga Teacher (with Anna Ashby) and Intelligent Embodied Relational 1;1 teachings ( with Kate Ellis). You can find out more about Eleanor here.

Accommodation
This is a retreat for a maximum of 19 guests. The stunning eco-friendly accommodation boasts 15 luxurious bedrooms. Check in is at 4pm on Friday 5th August. All prices below are quoted as per person. 25% deposit is due to secure your place, remaining 75% due by 10/06/2022.

Cancellation Policy
Get in touch early if you need to cancel. We will do our best to re-sell your place, in which case, we will be more than happy to give you a refund, minus 25% deposit / admin fee. If we are not able to re-sell your place, then the full booking fee is non-refundable.
